• Thrives in average, well-drained soils. Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Tolerates mild drought, when established. For a neat appearance, remove old foliage before new leaves emerge. Divide clumps every 2 to 3 years in early spring.
• This perennial evergreen has vivid green foliage that blooms numerous blue spikes followed by groups of black berries in the fall. Its weeping blades grow 1-2 feet tall.
