Made up of 100% jute, our burlap is eco-friendly and biodegradable. The continuous, non-stretch fabric has a natural color and organic look. There are many uses for this versatile fabric from gardening and landscaping to arts, crafts, and sewing. Use it in your garden to protect your plants during the winter or as decorations to add a natural touch. The burlap is 40 inches wide x 5 yards long. It is folded and shipped in a secure poly bag. The fabric may have a distinct scent that can be removed with a few simple steps. Step 1: Air out the fabric for a few hours outside in a dry, well-ventilated area. Step 2: Sprinkle baking soda on the burlap and let it sit for an hour. After an hour, shake out the fabric to remove the baking soda. Step 3: If the smell is still lingering, soak the burlap in white vinegar for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, rinse it off with water and lay it out to dry.
