Melatonin keeps our circadian cycle in tune as it communicates with the body’s cells. This time keeper works to maintain cell health. Many people use melatonin to help support sleep. Studies have found that melatonin increases the speed of falling asleep and adds to the quality of sleep in about 60% of people who use it.

Suitable for vegetarians and HYPOALLERGENIC:

Dosage and Use

One tablet at bedtime; one-half tablet may be sufficient for some people.

Do not take more than one tablet daily unless recommended by your physician.
