Other tips:

For working on a laptop, you can use a separate keyboard placed on your lap, or just use the native keyboard. Place the mouse on the floor or bed to your side. You will need to put your mouse pad on a book or board if you don’t have a solid floor. (Or you can put keyboard and mouse pad on a lap pillow.)

Be sure to drop your hands to the floor when not actively typing or using the mouse. This will increase circulation to hands and wrists.
