You may return Baby Comp / Lady Comp within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling costs of $15.00USD, if it is unused and packed in the original packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Returns after 14 days will be subject to a variable restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee applies to units returned 15-30 days after delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies to units returned between 30-60 days after delivery. Please note: The thermal sensor must remain sealed in the original plastic wrap. If the seal is broken and the product is returned a charge of $37.00USD will apply in addition to any applicable re-stocking fees. Purchaser must notify and receive acknowledgement from RaXMedical by email prior to returning merchandise. Incorrect shipping documentation may incur Customs charges and taxes for which the purchaser will be responsible.

The product serial number must be documented on the original invoice, a copy of which must be included with the return. Birth Control and Women's Health Products are non-refundable for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs, duties and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
