In pregnancy your tummy extends to impressive proportions and when it shrinks back down, a common concern is the lack of skin tone.  All women feel that their tummy area is never quite the same after the nine month stretch - even if they have avoided stretch marks. The Tummy Toner is for everyone, whether your baby is brand new or at college.

We have researched what we believe to be the most effective blend of ingredients to help retexture your skin. By supplying lost moisture, exfoliation and a tightening action, Tummy Toner will help clarify, tighten and smooth out rough textured skin. It is a commitment, and won’t happen overnight… But we believe when you look in the mirror you will feel closer to your ideal reflection.

Tummy Toner works in three simple stages:

1. Exfoliate – Papaya Enzymes (natural fruit enzymes) act by softening and gently dissolving the 'cement' that holds dead skin cells on the surface. Exfoliation of these dead or damaged cells enhances skin smoothness and actually encourages the development of newer cells. The result is smoother, younger-looking skin. Papya Enzymes are much less irritating than traditional AHAs and Retinols but have an equal effect at very safe levels.

2. Intensely Moisturize – Hyaluronic Acid is the most powerful moisturiser known to man. It is found in copious quantities in the human body - in fact, amniotic fluid in the womb is largely made up of Hyaluronic Acid, continually moisturising and protecting your baby. Hyaluronic Acid literally plumps up the skin surface smoothing out the crepeyness from beneath. Hyaluronic Acid can be produced synthetically or naturally derived - our Tummy Toner uses natural Hyaluronic Acid.

3. Tighten and Tone – t immediately lifts and tightens, giving your skin a more toned, youthful and fresh appearance. Our Soy Protein complex works by tensing the skin matrix with a visible effect that lasts for hours.

How to Use:
Gently massage Mama Mio Tummy Toner from below the breast to across the entire abdomen, use it twice daily. If using in conjunction with Stretch Mark Minimiser, use Tummy Toner first, let it dry and then use Stretch Mark Minimiser.

About Mama Mio

Mama Mio was conceived in London by three friends (Kathy, Sian and Tanya) who have worked in skincare for ten years. In that time we have had 7 babies between us and realised a need for specific, luxurious and safe creams that help our skin with the nine month s-t-r-e-t-c-h! We have worked with our favourite chemists and aromatherapists to create perfect pregnancy salvation products for the supermama under construction. We have all been the guinea pigs for Mama Mio, as have our friends and friends’ friends. And it worked (glowing skin) and we all smile a dreamy smile when we smell our fragrance - it forms a special part of our memory bank of lovely times. It is a blend of 10 pregnancy-specific essential oils that somehow smells just perfect to sensitive pregnant noses. As the demand throughout London grew for our wonderful Tummy Rub, we knew it was time to think big. The result is the Mama Mio range.
