Quasar Light Therapy (QLT) Retail Return and Warranty Policies

RETURN POLICY

Quasar Light Therapy offers all customers (including final customer) a 30 day return policy on all sales.

Customers of retail distributors seeking to return goods purchased through retail distributors should return goods to the retailer for credit. The retailer may return such goods to QLT for replacement.

QLT allows all distributors to return unsold goods, unopened and unused, for full credit less shipping or credit card fees, if any.

REPAIR AND WARRANTY

QLT warrants our devices to be free of manufacturing defects for five years. We will fix or replace all defective units returned for repairs within that time regardless of where purchased.

Quasar distributors should advise customers with problems with their Baby Quasar to contact QLT directly for warranty assistance. It is our policy to fix or replace Babies under warranty within two days.
