The Smooth-Grip Ladder helps to strengthen both lower and upper extremities, great for children at play and especially for children with low muscle tone.  The Smooth-Grip Ladder also enables parents and therapists to work with children on vestibular orientation, hand/foot placement, gripping, intrinsic hand/foot control, balance reactions and motor planning.
