The Abilitations® Grounding Mat is for children who have trouble sleeping well on a standard bed or for children who would benefit from proprioceptive input. The Grounding Mat helps eliminate any unnecessary movement and provides a more “grounded” rest.  This mattress would benefit any child who has Sensory Integration Dysfunction or is on the Autism spectrum with sensory integration difficulties.
